Manufacturing Equipment
Our manufacturing facility, Firsquare Environmental Technology, is equipped with industry-leading production machinery.
We utilise a German-made laser cutting machine that offers exceptional precision, with repeat positioning and cutting accuracy of up to 0.03 mm. Additionally, our Taiwan-made flange processing machine maintains a flange roundness error of within 0.3 mm.
Our European-made coil circular machine features a range of automated functions, including stacking, conveying, rolling, and extrusion, all of which enhance production efficiency and ensure product quality.
We also employ advanced Japanese and overseas equipment and welding machines to further automate our production processes.
The high quality of our products is upheld through coating equipment imported from Germany, along with various specialised machines developed in collaboration with both domestic and international partners.
